Program Rejuran Bangkok: Price, Benefits, Treatment Areas and Downtime
Program Rejuran is not only an acne-scar or enlarged-pore treatment. At BAC Clinic (Bangkok Aesthetics Clinic), polynucleotide injections are assessed as part of a wider skin-quality plan for concerns including early fine lines, uneven texture, thin or tired-looking skin, selected under-eye concerns, post-acne skin and targeted atrophic scars.
This guide explains what Program Rejuran can reasonably do, what it cannot replace, which formulation may be considered, how much treatment costs and what international patients should expect before booking in Bangkok.
What is Program Rejuran, in simple terms?
Polynucleotides are chains of nucleotide units. In aesthetic applications, purified PN material is used with the intention of supporting the local environment involved in tissue repair and dermal remodelling. The visible objective is usually subtle and progressive: skin that appears smoother, better supported, more resilient and more even in texture. It should not make a treated face look overfilled or fundamentally change facial identity.
That distinction matters because the word “rejuvenation” can mean several different things. One patient may be concerned about dehydrated surface texture. Another may have thin under-eye skin, early fine lines, acne-scar depressions, facial volume loss, pigmentation or laxity. These concerns can look similar in photographs but involve different anatomical causes. Program Rejuran may be relevant to some of them, supportive for others and unsuitable as a primary solution for the rest.
At BAC Clinic, the consultation is therefore based on the concern beneath the label. A patient asking for “glow” may actually need better hydration, pigment control, barrier support or a combination approach. A patient asking for “scar filling” may have fibrous tethering that first requires subcision. A patient asking to “tighten the under eyes” may have skin-quality change, structural hollowing, protruding fat pads or more than one contributing factor. Choosing a named product before understanding the problem can lead to disappointing results.
What concerns may Program Rejuran be considered for?
Overall skin quality
For patients who describe their skin as rough, tired, fragile, dull or less resilient than it used to be. The aim is gradual refinement of the skin itself rather than a change in facial shape.
Early fine lines
For superficial lines associated with declining skin quality. Deep expression lines, static folds and volume-related creases may require different or additional treatment.
Thin-looking skin
For selected facial zones where the skin appears delicate or crepey. Product choice, depth and injection technique are especially important in thin anatomical areas.
Uneven texture
For skin that does not reflect light evenly because of fine surface irregularity. Texture caused by deep scars or active inflammatory disease needs a more specific plan.
Visible pores
PN treatment may improve the visible appearance of enlarged pores in selected patients. No injectable can permanently close pores because pores are normal anatomical structures.
Under-eye quality
May be considered when thin, crepey under-eye skin contributes to a tired appearance. It does not remove eye bags or necessarily correct pigment and hollowness.
Post-acne recovery
May support the quality of skin after acne has settled. Active infection, cystic lesions or unstable acne should be assessed before any injection procedure.
Atrophic acne scars
Program Rejuran S may be selected as targeted tissue support. Tethered rolling scars, sharp boxcar scars and narrow ice-pick scars commonly need combination treatment.
Preventive skin maintenance
Some adults seek treatment before advanced ageing develops. The purpose is maintenance of skin quality, not prevention of every future wrinkle or age-related change.
What Program Rejuran may help support
- Smoother-looking skin texture
- Improved appearance of early fine lines
- Better-looking skin resilience and elasticity
- Refinement in the visible appearance of pores
- Gradual improvement in selected post-acne irregularities
- Natural-looking skin-quality maintenance
What Program Rejuran does not reliably do
- Create strong cheek, chin or lip projection
- Replace lost facial volume like structural filler
- Release firmly tethered acne scars by itself
- Erase pores, wrinkles, scars or pigmentation
- Remove protruding under-eye fat pads
- Guarantee lifting equivalent to surgery or a lifting device
How are polynucleotides thought to support the skin?
The skin is a living organ that continuously responds to ultraviolet exposure, inflammation, environmental stress, hormonal change, sleep, smoking, skincare and normal biological ageing. Fibroblasts within the dermis contribute to the extracellular matrix, including collagen and other structural components. With age or repeated damage, the organisation and activity of this support network can decline. PN products are used with the aim of creating a local environment that favours repair and remodelling.
Published discussions of polynucleotides describe potential effects involving fibroblast activity, extracellular matrix support, hydration and inflammatory signalling. These mechanisms are one reason PN has attracted attention for skin rejuvenation. However, patients should not interpret a biological pathway as proof that a treatment will “reverse ageing,” permanently regenerate missing tissue or deliver the same result as filler, laser or surgery.
Clinical evidence is growing. A 2026 randomized split-face trial examining PN injections for enlarged facial pores reported improvement in pore appearance and skin texture with both intradermal needle and subdermal cannula approaches. The study is useful because it evaluates visible and measured outcomes rather than relying only on theory. At the same time, it was a pilot study with a limited participant number, so its results should support—not replace—individual medical assessment.
Earlier consensus publications and reviews describe PN use across areas including facial skin and the periocular region. Protocols are not completely uniform. Concentration, molecular characteristics, injection depth, dose, session frequency and practitioner technique can influence both experience and outcome. This is why comparing treatments only by the popular phrase “salmon DNA” can be misleading.
Program Rejuran is often described online as PDRN, but PN and PDRN should not be treated as perfectly interchangeable marketing words. Both relate to purified nucleotide-derived material, yet molecular size, formulation and intended use can differ. Patients should ask for the exact product name, volume and treatment plan rather than assuming that every “salmon injection” is equivalent to authentic Program Rejuran.
Which treatment areas can be discussed?
Product selection should follow anatomy. The same viscosity, dose and injection depth may not suit the full face, under-eye region and a targeted scar. BAC Clinic assesses the concern, tissue thickness and treatment area before confirming whether Program Rejuran is appropriate.
Full face
The full face is the most familiar Program Rejuran Healer treatment concept. It may be considered when the goal is broad improvement in texture, pore appearance, early lines and general skin condition. A single syringe does not necessarily provide dense coverage for every face or every concern. The doctor considers facial size, priority zones and whether a targeted or staged plan offers better value.
Cheeks and inner-cheek pores
The cheeks often show a combination of pore visibility, acne-scar texture, dermal thinning and light-shadow effects. PN may support skin quality, but the doctor must distinguish pores from shallow scars and deeper tethered depressions. If scars change when the skin is stretched, if their edges are sharp or if fibrous bands hold them down, injections alone may not address the dominant cause.
Under-eye and periocular skin
The under-eye area requires conservative assessment because several problems overlap there. Thin skin, fine lines, vascular show-through, pigment, tear-trough hollowing and eye bags can all create a tired appearance. Polynucleotide treatment may be relevant to skin quality, but it is not designed to dissolve fat pads or replace significant structural volume. Swelling and bruising can also be more noticeable in this vascular region.
Forehead and fine textural lines
Program Rejuran may be discussed for superficial textural quality, but it will not act like botulinum toxin. If a line mainly appears when raising the eyebrows, muscle movement is an important driver. If the line remains at rest, skin quality and dermal change may also contribute. Some patients may need to choose between treatments or use a carefully staged plan.
Perioral skin
Fine lines around the mouth can be associated with repeated movement, ultraviolet exposure, smoking history, skin thinning and structural change. PN treatment may support the quality of surrounding skin but will not enlarge the lips or create precise lip definition. Deep folds or volume loss require a different assessment.
Neck, décolletage and back of the hands
Polynucleotides are discussed internationally for thin or crepey non-facial skin, including the neck, upper chest and hands. These areas have different tissue characteristics and may require a different volume or protocol. BAC Clinic must confirm availability, suitability and pricing for non-facial treatment before booking; the published facial syringe prices should not be assumed to cover every body area.
Targeted acne scars
Program Rejuran S is a concentrated, targeted option used in scar-oriented planning. The word “scar,” however, covers multiple structures. Rolling scars may be tethered; boxcar scars may have distinct edges and base loss; ice-pick scars may be too narrow for a general injectable approach. Program Rejuran S can be supportive, but a scar-specific method such as subcision, RF microneedling or TCA CROSS may be the primary procedure.
Program Rejuran options available at BAC Clinic
The most useful comparison is not simply which formulation is “strongest.” It is which formulation, volume and placement strategy fit the problem being treated. The following descriptions explain BAC Clinic’s listed Program Rejuran options without implying that every patient needs all of them.
Program Rejuran Healer
2.7 cc per syringe
Commonly selected for broader facial placement when the treatment goal includes overall texture, resilience, early fine lines and pore appearance.
Program Rejuran S
1 cc per syringe
A more targeted formulation considered for selected atrophic scars and local areas that require concentrated placement rather than wide superficial coverage.
Program Rejuran I
1 cc: 8,900 THB · 2 cc: 16,900 THB
A lower-viscosity option intended for selected concerns around the delicate eye area, including fine textural lines and thin-looking periocular skin. It does not replace filler for a true tear-trough hollow or surgery for prominent eye bags.
Program Rejuran HB Plus
1 cc: 8,990 · 2 cc: 15,990 · 4 cc: 29,990 THB
A PN formulation combined with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine, considered when hydration, glow and a more comfortable injection experience are important treatment priorities.
When Program Rejuran I may be discussed
Program Rejuran I is designed for the thinner tissue around the eyes. It may be considered when fine lines, a crepey surface or reduced skin resilience contributes to a tired appearance. Dark circles are multi-factorial, so pigment, visible vessels, shadowing, hollowness and eye bags must be assessed separately.
One cubic centimetre may be appropriate for a targeted plan, while two cubic centimetres allows the doctor to discuss broader bilateral coverage when suitable. More product does not automatically mean a better result; placement and diagnosis remain essential.
When Program Rejuran HB Plus may be discussed
Program Rejuran HB Plus combines PN with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. This gives it a different role from a pure PN-focused option: the treatment may be considered when a patient wants regenerative skin support together with hydration and is concerned about discomfort during multiple micro-injections.
The 1 cc, 2 cc and 4 cc choices allow treatment planning by area and coverage. The doctor should confirm how the proposed amount will be distributed rather than selecting volume from price alone.
Why volume matters: A headline price without volume can create a false comparison. One clinic may advertise a lower price for a smaller amount, while another quotes a complete syringe or a broader area. Patients should compare the exact product, number of syringes, stated volume, treatment area and whether the injection is performed as part of a combination procedure.
Why authenticity matters: Program Rejuran is a branded product. Patients may ask to see the packaging and confirm the product being used. However, authentic packaging alone does not determine outcome. Diagnosis, sterile technique, placement, dose, aftercare and realistic case selection remain important.
Why the most concentrated option is not automatically best: A product designed for precise scar placement may not be the ideal choice for broad, even full-face coverage. Likewise, a product selected for general skin quality may not provide the local behaviour desired beneath a specific depression. The plan should match the anatomical task.

Consultation at BAC Clinic is free. The published price does not mean that a doctor will automatically recommend the treatment. If another procedure better fits the concern, the alternatives should be explained before the patient decides.
International patients should ask whether the intended plan can reasonably fit their travel schedule. It is usually possible to travel after a straightforward injection treatment, but visible bumps, redness, swelling or bruising may still be present. Anyone attending an important event, professional photo session or long-haul trip should leave a suitable buffer rather than assuming zero downtime.
Program Rejuran vs skin boosters, filler, Profhilo and collagen biostimulators
Patients often compare injectable treatments as if they are versions of the same product. They are not. The most expensive or most popular option is not necessarily the most appropriate. The practical comparison below focuses on the main job each category is intended to perform.
| Category | Main objective | Strength | Important limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Program Rejuran / PN | Gradual support for skin quality and tissue remodelling | Subtle treatment for texture, early lines and selected thin-skin concerns | Does not create strong facial volume or release fibrous scar bands |
| Non-crosslinked HA skin booster | Hydration and superficial smoothness | Useful when dehydration and crepey texture are prominent | Does not act like structural filler and may not address scar architecture |
| Crosslinked dermal filler | Volume replacement, contour and structural support | Can produce immediate anatomical support when correctly placed | Not a general full-face skin-quality treatment and has filler-specific risks |
| Profhilo / bio-remodelling injectable | Broad hydration and tissue-quality improvement | Distributed treatment pattern with a different formulation and protocol | Not intended for precise correction of every individual scar or hollow |
| PLLA or other collagen biostimulator | Gradual collagen stimulation and broader volume support | Useful for selected patients with more extensive tissue change | Not identical to PN and not always suitable for thin superficial zones |
| Botulinum toxin | Reduce selected muscle movement | Useful for movement-related expression lines | Does not improve every texture concern or replace lost volume |
| RF microneedling | Controlled energy-based dermal remodelling | Useful for acne scars, pores, texture and selected laxity | Recovery and suitability differ; it does not replace missing structural volume |
Program Rejuran versus filler
If the objective is to project the chin, define the lips, restore substantial cheek volume or support a deep hollow, a structural filler may be more directly relevant. Program Rejuran should not be sold as a filler that happens to look more natural. Its value lies in a different goal: the condition of the skin sheet rather than the construction of a new facial contour.
Program Rejuran versus a hydration-focused skin booster
A patient whose main complaint is dehydration may reasonably compare Program Rejuran with a hyaluronic-acid skin booster. Both can be discussed within skin-quality treatment, but they are not chemically or strategically identical. The preferred option depends on whether the priority is water-binding hydration, regenerative support, injection area, tolerance for bumps and the expected duration of a staged plan.
Program Rejuran versus Profhilo
Profhilo is frequently described as a bio-remodelling injectable and is administered using its own placement strategy. Program Rejuran uses PN and is often injected through a larger number of small points or targeted placements. Neither should be declared universally superior. A patient with broader laxity and hydration concerns may receive different advice from a patient with fragile texture, fine lines or scar-focused needs.
Program Rejuran versus laser or RF
Energy-based treatments create controlled stimulation through light, mechanical injury or heat. Program Rejuran provides an injectable biological material rather than an energy injury. The methods can sometimes be combined or staged, but “combination” should not automatically mean “better.” More procedures can also mean more inflammation, expense and downtime. The plan should have a clear reason for every component.
Where Program Rejuran fits—and does not fit—in acne-scar treatment
Program Rejuran S can be useful in scar-oriented plans, but calling it a complete acne-scar treatment creates the wrong expectation. Depressed scars are three-dimensional structures. Their visibility may depend on scar edges, fibrous tethering, dermal thickness, local volume, pigmentation, pore pattern and the direction of light.
Rolling scars often have broad, sloping edges and may be pulled down by fibrous bands. When tethering is important, subcision physically releases those attachments. Program Rejuran can then be considered as supportive tissue treatment, but it does not perform the mechanical release.
Boxcar scars have more defined edges and vary in depth. Shallow boxcar scars may respond to resurfacing or RF-based remodelling, while deeper scars may require targeted strategies. Program Rejuran S may support the scar base or surrounding tissue quality, but it cannot guarantee that a sharp edge will disappear.
Ice-pick scars are narrow and deep. TCA CROSS or another focal method may be more anatomically relevant because a general skin-quality injection cannot easily reconstruct a narrow tract. The clinic’s scar framework uses targeted procedures according to scar type rather than assuming one injectable can treat every depression.
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is colour rather than a structural depression. Program Rejuran is not a primary pigment-removal laser. Pigment assessment, sunscreen and appropriately selected topical or device-based treatments may be more important. Treating colour as though it were a scar-depth problem can waste both time and budget.
A combination such as INFINI RF microneedling with Program Rejuran S may be discussed when the doctor wants controlled dermal remodelling plus targeted PN support. Subcision may be selected when tethering dominates. TCA CROSS may be used for suitable narrow scars. A staged plan often makes more sense than attempting every procedure in one day.
No responsible acne-scar plan promises 100% removal. Improvement accumulates over multiple sessions, and the remaining scars can change in character as treatment progresses. The method that was appropriate at the first visit may not be the method needed later. Reassessment is therefore part of treatment rather than a sign that the original plan failed.
Can Program Rejuran be combined with other treatments?
Yes, in selected patients. The decision should account for skin sensitivity, the degree of inflammation created, target depth, medical history and available recovery time.
INFINI RF microneedling
May be paired with targeted Program Rejuran S when the plan addresses texture or atrophic scars through both controlled RF remodelling and injectable tissue support.
Subcision
Used to release selected tethered scars. An injectable may be discussed as a supporting component, but subcision and Program Rejuran perform different jobs.
TCA CROSS
A focal chemical reconstruction technique for suitable narrow scars. It is not replaced by broad PN treatment when scar anatomy calls for a targeted method.
Picosecond laser
May be used for selected pigment or fractional-texture goals. Treatment order and same-day suitability depend on laser mode, skin response and downtime.
Skin booster or filler
May be considered when hydration or structural support is a separate concern. Layer, volume and treatment sequence must be planned carefully.
Light-based supportive care
Low-level red-light care may be used by some clinics after procedures, but it should not be presented as a guarantee of faster recovery for every patient.
Who may be a suitable Program Rejuran candidate?
A suitable candidate is generally an adult seeking gradual skin-quality improvement who understands that the result is individual and not equivalent to surgical lifting or structural filler. Age alone does not determine suitability. Skin condition, medical history, anatomy and expectations are more useful.
- Adults concerned about rough or uneven-looking texture
- People noticing early fine lines or reduced resilience
- Patients who prefer gradual, natural-looking change
- Selected patients with visible pores or post-acne texture
- Patients who understand that multiple sessions may be discussed
- Visitors who can allow for bumps, redness or bruising
When treatment may be postponed or avoided
Injection should not proceed casually through an active infection, open wound or significant inflammatory eruption in the planned area. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are generally reasons to postpone elective injectable treatment because adequate safety evidence is limited. A history of severe fish or salmon allergy must be disclosed. Patients with bleeding disorders, important immune conditions, poorly controlled illness or a tendency to significant scarring need individual assessment.
Blood-thinning medicines and supplements may increase bruising, but patients must not stop prescribed medication on their own. The correct step is to tell the clinic exactly what is being taken and, when necessary, consult the prescribing physician. Previous filler, biostimulator, thread, laser or surgery in the area should also be disclosed because it can affect anatomical planning and timing.
Unrealistic expectation is also a suitability issue. A person seeking complete pore closure, dramatic facial lifting or instant removal of eye bags is unlikely to be satisfied with PN treatment alone. A clear “not the right treatment” can be more valuable than selling a syringe.
What happens during a Program Rejuran treatment?
The exact appointment length varies with consultation, numbing time, treatment area and whether another procedure is performed. Patients should avoid planning a rushed visit immediately before a flight or important event.
Consultation
The doctor reviews the concern, medical history, previous procedures, medication and expectations. The skin is assessed to decide whether PN treatment matches the underlying problem.
Product planning
The formulation, volume and priority zones are discussed. The patient should understand the published price and whether the plan is full-face, local or part of a combination.
Skin preparation
Makeup and surface residue are removed. The treatment area is cleansed, and topical anaesthetic may be applied for a suitable period to improve comfort.
Injection
The doctor places the product according to the selected layer and area. A series of small injection points or targeted placements may be used rather than one deep bolus.
Immediate check
Small raised papules, pinpoint marks, redness or mild swelling may be visible. The clinic checks the treated area and provides relevant post-treatment instructions.
Follow-up planning
The next session, if appropriate, is scheduled according to response and goals. A course may be discussed, but the number of sessions is not guaranteed in advance.
Is Program Rejuran painful?
Program Rejuran involves multiple injections, so some stinging, pressure or pinching should be expected even with topical anaesthetic. Sensitivity varies by area; the upper lip and under-eye region may feel different from the cheeks. Anxiety, sleep, menstrual timing and individual pain threshold can also change the experience. It is more accurate to describe treatment as manageable for many patients than to call it painless.
Manual injection or injector device?
Different techniques have different advantages. Manual placement allows point-by-point adjustment of depth and volume. Injector devices may provide a repeated pattern and speed over a broad area. Cannula techniques may be considered for certain plans. There is no need to declare one method universally superior: anatomy, product behaviour, treatment goal and practitioner experience determine the appropriate approach.
Program Rejuran downtime, side effects and aftercare
Program Rejuran is often marketed as a minimal-downtime treatment. That description does not mean no visible recovery. Small bumps are an expected consequence of superficial placement, and bruising cannot be predicted perfectly.
| Possible reaction | Common course | Practical meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Raised injection bumps | Often settle over approximately 1–3 days | Thin or delicate areas can remain visible longer |
| Redness and mild swelling | Often most noticeable on the treatment day | May persist for several days depending on response |
| Pinpoint marks | Usually fade as entry points heal | Avoid unnecessary touching or picking |
| Bruising | Can last several days and occasionally longer | More visible around vascular areas and in people who bruise easily |
| Tenderness | Usually temporary | Worsening pain or unusual skin change requires clinic contact |
Before treatment
Arrive with clean skin when possible and tell the clinic about active skincare, recent procedures and medication. BAC Clinic commonly advises pausing potentially irritating products such as retinoids, strong vitamin C and exfoliating acids for approximately three to five days before a procedure when appropriate. Individual instructions can differ; prescription treatment should not be changed without medical advice.
During the first day
Follow the clinic’s instructions about when to cleanse. Do not press, massage, scratch or attempt to drain injection bumps. Avoid applying unapproved products over fresh entry points. If makeup is permitted, wait until the skin has closed and use clean products and applicators.
During the first 48 hours
Avoid strenuous exercise, sauna, steam rooms, very hot baths and other activities that create substantial heat or sweating. Skip swimming until the entry points have closed. Keep skincare simple with a gentle cleanser, non-irritating moisturiser and appropriate sun protection.
During the first week
Restart retinoids, acids, scrubs and strong actives only after the skin looks and feels normal or according to the clinic’s instructions. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen and avoid deliberately tanning the treated area. Do not schedule another aggressive procedure without checking appropriate spacing.
When should a patient contact the clinic?
Seek advice if pain is worsening rather than improving, redness spreads, the skin becomes unusually pale or dusky, there is pus, fever, progressive warmth, severe swelling, visual symptoms, breathing difficulty or any reaction that feels unexpected. Serious complications are not the expected course, but early assessment is important whenever symptoms do not follow the normal recovery pattern.
When will results appear, and how many sessions are needed?
There is no honest universal number. The plan depends on baseline skin condition, age, treatment area, formulation, injection technique, lifestyle, previous treatments and the degree of change a patient hopes to see.
Some patients notice an early change in how smooth or hydrated the skin appears once initial swelling has resolved. That early impression is not the final result and can partly reflect transient post-injection effects. Changes related to tissue remodelling are expected to develop more gradually over the following weeks.
A course of several treatments spaced a few weeks apart is commonly discussed in polynucleotide practice. However, BAC Clinic does not need to sell every patient a fixed course before observing response. A younger patient seeking maintenance, a patient treating under-eye texture and a patient combining Program Rejuran S with acne-scar procedures may require different schedules.
Maintenance is also individual. Skin continues to age and remains exposed to sunlight, pollution, stress and lifestyle factors. A maintenance appointment does not make the skin permanently younger; it is an elective strategy for patients who value and wish to sustain their improvement. Daily sunscreen, appropriate skincare, acne control, sleep and smoking avoidance still matter.
Photography should use consistent lighting, distance, angle and facial expression. Texture, pores and shallow scars can appear very different under direct versus angled light. Before-and-after images are useful only when they are standardised and not treated as a promise that another patient will obtain the same result.
Planning Program Rejuran treatment while visiting Bangkok
Bangkok visitors often have limited time and want consultation and treatment on the same day. This may be possible if the doctor confirms suitability, the selected product is available and the appointment has enough time. It should not be assumed before confirmation.
BAC Clinic is located in Sukhumvit Soi 16, near MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Exit 3. Patients travelling from BTS Asok can continue through the Sukhumvit area by taxi or motorcycle taxi. Parking is available at the clinic location. Allow extra travel time during Bangkok traffic and arrive before the appointment rather than using the treatment as a short stop immediately before airport departure.
Payment is available by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card and PromptPay. Card payment requires the physical payment method supported by the terminal; tap-to-pay or manual key entry may not be available. International visitors should confirm payment arrangements before the appointment.
Frequently asked questions about Program Rejuran in Bangkok
How much is Program Rejuran at BAC Clinic Bangkok?
Program Rejuran Healer 2.7 cc is 8,900 THB and Program Rejuran S 1 cc is 9,900 THB. Program Rejuran I is 8,900 THB for 1 cc or 16,900 THB for 2 cc. Program Rejuran HB Plus is 8,990 THB for 1 cc, 15,990 THB for 2 cc or 29,990 THB for 4 cc. Combination prices include INFINI RF with Program Rejuran S 1 cc at 17,900 THB for one session, 29,900 THB for two sessions, and INFINI RF with Program Rejuran S 2 cc at 25,900 THB for one session. Confirm current pricing before travelling.
What is Program Rejuran I used for?
Program Rejuran I is a lower-viscosity PN option developed for selected concerns around the delicate eye area. It may be discussed for thin-looking or crepey periocular skin and fine textural lines. It does not remove prominent eye bags, erase pigment or provide the same structural correction as tear-trough filler.
What is Program Rejuran HB Plus?
Program Rejuran HB Plus combines PN with hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. It may suit patients prioritising hydration, a fresh-looking surface and improved injection comfort alongside gradual skin-quality support. It is not a contouring dermal filler despite containing hyaluronic acid.
Is Program Rejuran only for acne scars and enlarged pores?
No. After assessment, it may be considered for overall skin quality, uneven texture, early fine lines, thin-looking skin, selected under-eye concerns, post-acne skin and maintenance of skin condition. It is not the correct primary treatment for every concern.
What is the difference between Program Rejuran Healer and Program Rejuran S?
At BAC Clinic, Program Rejuran Healer is listed as a 2.7 cc syringe commonly used for broader skin-quality treatment. Program Rejuran S is listed as a 1 cc targeted option for selected atrophic scars or local tissue support. Product selection should reflect the target area and intended placement rather than the assumption that one is universally stronger.
Is Program Rejuran the same as filler?
No. Conventional crosslinked dermal filler is designed to provide volume, contour or structural support. Program Rejuran is used for gradual skin-quality and tissue-remodelling goals. It should not create the same immediate cheek, chin or lip projection as filler.
Is Program Rejuran the same as a hyaluronic-acid skin booster?
No. Both may be discussed under the broad term skin booster, but their principal materials and treatment objectives differ. A non-crosslinked hyaluronic-acid booster focuses strongly on hydration, while Program Rejuran is a PN-based treatment used for regenerative skin-quality support.
Can Program Rejuran improve under-eye dark circles?
It may be considered when thin or crepey skin contributes to a dark or tired appearance. It will not reliably correct all pigment, visible vessels, deep tear-trough hollowing or protruding eye bags. Under-eye concerns require diagnosis by cause.
Can Program Rejuran remove eye bags?
No. Program Rejuran is not a fat-removal treatment and does not surgically reposition under-eye tissue. It may support skin quality in selected cases, but true eye bags often require a different discussion.
Can Program Rejuran tighten sagging skin?
It may contribute to a subtle improvement in skin quality and elasticity, but it should not be promised as a strong lifting treatment. Moderate or advanced laxity may require an energy device, structural injectable strategy or surgery depending on anatomy and expectations.
Can Program Rejuran whiten skin or treat melasma?
Program Rejuran is not primarily a whitening or pigment-removal treatment. Better skin quality may make the complexion look healthier, but melasma and other pigmentation require specific assessment, consistent sun protection and an appropriate pigment-control plan.
Can Program Rejuran treat active acne?
It is not a substitute for diagnosis and control of active acne. Significant inflammatory lesions, infection or open skin can make injection inappropriate on that day. The doctor may prioritise acne control before treatment intended for post-acne texture or scars.
Can Program Rejuran completely remove acne scars?
No. Atrophic scars have different shapes and causes. Tethered rolling scars may require subcision, ice-pick scars may need TCA CROSS, and broader textural change may be treated with RF microneedling or another resurfacing method. Program Rejuran S can be a supportive component.
How many Program Rejuran sessions do I need?
A series of sessions spaced several weeks apart is commonly discussed, but there is no fixed number suitable for everyone. The doctor considers the treatment area, baseline condition, product, response, budget and whether other procedures are being used.
How long do Program Rejuran results last?
Longevity varies. Results are gradual and can be influenced by age, ultraviolet exposure, smoking, skincare, general health and maintenance. It is safer to assess the patient’s response than to guarantee a six-month or twelve-month result.
How long do the bumps last?
Small raised injection bumps often flatten within approximately one to three days, although thin areas and individual swelling can take longer. Bruising may remain after the bumps have settled.
Can I wear makeup after Program Rejuran?
Avoid makeup over fresh injection points until the skin has closed and follow the clinic’s instructions. When makeup is resumed, use clean products and applicators and avoid aggressive rubbing.
Can I exercise after Program Rejuran?
It is generally sensible to avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, sauna and steam for around 48 hours because heat and sweating may worsen swelling or irritation. Follow the specific aftercare advice given for your treatment.
Can I fly after treatment?
Many patients can travel after uncomplicated treatment, but visible bumps, swelling and bruising may remain. A rushed airport transfer also leaves little time to contact the clinic if a concern develops. Whenever possible, allow a recovery buffer.
Is Program Rejuran safe for people with a fish allergy?
Anyone with a fish or salmon allergy, especially a history of severe reaction or anaphylaxis, must disclose it before booking. The doctor will decide whether treatment should be avoided. Online reassurance should not replace an allergy assessment.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding patients receive Program Rejuran?
Elective Program Rejuran treatment is generally postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding because adequate safety evidence is limited. Patients can return for reassessment after this period.
Can I receive Program Rejuran and INFINI RF on the same day?
It may be possible in selected patients, and BAC Clinic lists combined INFINI RF and Program Rejuran S programmes. Same-day suitability depends on scar type, skin condition, medical history and the doctor’s plan. BAC Clinic generally limits a visit to two procedures.
Can I consult and receive treatment on the same day?
Yes, when the doctor confirms suitability, product is available and sufficient appointment time has been reserved. Consultation is free, and the patient may decide whether to proceed after the assessment.
How do I book an appointment?
Contact LINE @bacclinic, WhatsApp +66 96 092 4442, or telephone +66 2 003 3365. Provide your name, telephone number or email, main skin concern and preferred date. The clinic normally confirms the appointment one day in advance.
Clinical references and evidence notes
The evidence base for aesthetic polynucleotides is developing. The references below are included to help readers distinguish published information from promotional claims. A publication does not prove that every branded formulation, dose or technique will deliver identical results.

- Patients should also consult the current product information supplied with the exact Program Rejuran formulation used and discuss contraindications, adverse effects and aftercare with the treating clinician.
Terms such as “salmon DNA facial,” “salmon sperm injection,” “PDRN facial” and “Korean skin booster” are widely used online but may refer to different products or routes of administration. Topical cosmetics, products applied after microneedling and injectable medical products should not be assumed to be equivalent.
Ask BAC Clinic which Program Rejuran option fits your skin concern
Send clear photographs, your main concern, preferred appointment date and relevant medical information. Photos can help the admin team understand your enquiry, but final diagnosis, product selection and treatment approval require an in-person assessment.
